5 fruits and veg a day makes the skin glow !

Im sure im not the only one, but i do struggle to fit in 5 veggies/fruits a day. Vegatables and fruits are essential to a healthy body and a natural glow, and everybody need them! Im allergic to loads of fruits and veggies, tomatoes, potatoes, peas,oranges, lemons and grapefruit! So thats 6 fruit/vegetables i cant have.
i have found a few ways to sneak more veggies in.I have made up a vegetable soup recipe which has 3 or more portions of veggies ( recipe coming soon!), i blend frozen berry fruits in the morning with water and that is another portion. i snack on fruit too.
Fab tip here - cut an apple so all you have a square core, so you should have 4 pieces of apples and then slice thinly. Its perfect for when you are watching tv as it tricks you into thinking you are eating crisps lol!
