You will need a loaf tin with a double layer of clingfilm
110g dark choc
110g Milk Choc
75ml strong coffee
2 large eggs
50g caster sugar
225g Digestives,crushed into medium chunks
100g glace cherries, halved
200g marshmallows halved
1. Place chocolate, butter and coffee in a pan over a low heat, stir occasionally until mixture is smooth
2. Whisk eggs and sugar in a separate bowl
3. Mix together biscuits and cherries and marshmallows and pour egg mixture over and mix together
4. Mix the two mixtures together and pour into loaf tin and leave overnight in fridge.
5. Then tip onto a plate
Ta da, it took about a day for my family and i to eat the whole thing as its soo good and moreish!
